Two Carriages:
Completely independent, they carry out linear and circular interpolation making it possible to use the standard hard metal available in the market in any sort of part profile.

The machine features 16 different tools:
It reduces the number of tool replacement instances during preparation – in many cases, it eliminates tool handling altogether.
FRONT COLUMN:
8-tool capacity. It carries out outer operations such as routing, finishing, threading, etc.

BACK COULMN:
8-tool capacity. It carries out the same operations as the front column as well as inside tooling (routing, finishing and internal threading), punching and inside threading.

Second operation (optional):
The GLADIATOR is assembled on an auxiliary head and makes it possible to process the second side of a part in the same programming cycle. Its independent columns allow simultaneous finishing on both sides of the pieces produced.

FLEXIBILITY
The GLADIATOR accepts various set-ups enabling each user to exploit his or her machine according to his or her production needs. The GLADIATOR may operate with plates or thongs; hydraulic or pneumatic grip; imported or locally produced columns; bar or part feeder; part separator; part centring holder and second operation.

PRODUCTIVITY
The CNC GLADIATOR multi-tool considerably reduces batch production times. The fact that both carriages are made of hard metal makes it possible to carry out tooling operations at high cutting and feeding speeds.
